Here is the Colorado Springs real estate market report for June 2011

Number of Homes sold in Colorado Springs = 685
Average sold price in Colorado Springs = $225,376
Homes sold for about 96.25% of their asking price.
Average days on the market = 90

This report is for all single family homes sold in Colorado Springs.

So far this month has the highest numbers of homes sold this year. Last month was a a little low compared to this one and April.

The market is getting better. Now is a great time to buy a home.
